Kitajska – DICJ v Macau določa, da morajo elektronski zasloni prikazovati tudi utripajoče ure

By - 2. novembra 2021

Macau’s Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ) is introducing new laws whereby all player screens on electronic table games (ETG) will need to have flashing clocks within two years.

The stipulation has already been applied to slot machines as the DICJ looks to prevent problem gambling by allowing gamblers to see how long they have been playing for. Displays must show the 12-hour-clock in the bottom right corner of the main screen. The clock must flash at the start of each period of play and for every 10 minutes that play continuous.

The DICJ had informed back in September that all slot machines must have flashing clocks by the end of 2024.

The authority said: “The purpose of a clock on the gaming machine is for the promotion of responsible gaming.”
